Project Manager for Cloud and DevSecOps
Location: Hybrid in Dallas, TX - 3 days on site, 2 days remote

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager with strong experience in Cloud Engineering and DevSecOps to lead and drive strategic technology initiatives across Agile teams. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, security practices, and agile delivery methodologies. This role requires hands-on technical acumen, stakeholder management, and a proactive approach to delivering secure, scalable, and efficient cloud-based solutions.
- Lead cross-functional Agile teams to deliver technical projects in Cloud Engineering and DevSecOps environments.
- Own the project lifecycle from scope definition through deployment and post-launch optimization.
- Implement Agile project management best practices including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
- Collaborate closely with security engineers to integrate DevSecOps principles into CI/CD pipelines.
- Manage cloud platform initiatives (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) including migrations, infrastructure automation, and security integration.
- Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies; create mitigation plans to ensure timely delivery.
- Provide clear and consistent communication to stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership.
- Maintain strong documentation of technical requirements, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Ensure all solutions comply with enterprise security standards and regulatory requirements.
- PMP Certification required.
- CISSP Certification required.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager leading complex technical projects in cloud infrastructure and DevSecOps.
- Strong technical understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform), infrastructure-as-code, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Demonstrated experience managing Agile software development projects; Scrum Master certification a plus.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree is a plus.
