RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has an enterprise client seeking a Project/Program Manager III in Bellevue, WA. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with product managers, software engineers, and hardware engineers to define program execution plan, track progress, identify risks
* Work with different hardware vendors to coordinate the hardware development and manufacturing schedule

REQUIREMENTS:
* A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
* 5+ years of relevant program or project management experience
* Prior experience with hardware based products- building or scaling or managing
* Delivery of programs - full life cycle experience
* IoT experience - Telematics
* Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
* Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
* Technical understanding of IoT, telematics, or embedded systems is a plus
* Experience managing complex hardware/software programs is a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
