Employees will be on-call based on the needs of the maintenance & operations department. ** Extended Year Opportunities are subject to Board Approval** Salary per Merit Rule 7.300.3: "A regular employee working in a summer school/extended year/intersession assignment in his/her own class, a lower class, or a higher class for which "out of class" does not apply, shall be paid at his/her own hourly rate, and shall receive such benefit as are required by law...A regular employee working in a higher class for which "out of class" provisions apply, shall be paid in accordance with Rule 7.300.11"
