What You’ll Do

Conceptualization & Development: Drive the creation of irresistible, innovative ideas that challenge conventions and disrupt industry norms. Develop compelling visual narratives across a diverse range of initiatives, including social programs, seasonal campaigns, and integrated brand experiences. Focus on crafting visually captivating stories that resonate deeply with audiences, foster meaningful engagement, and establish a strong, memorable presence across channels.

Set the Tone: Establish the visual style and direction for content that aligns with brand strategy and cultural relevance.

Collaborate & Create: Work closely with Creative Directors, Designers, and Copywriters to deliver cohesive storytelling across all platforms. Stay ahead of cultural and social trends to develop timely, relevant ideas that enhance content strategy and align with industry shifts.

Lead & Mentor: Guide team members, fostering a collaborative and creative environment.

Collaborate in Production: Collaborate closely with production teams to support the delivery of high-quality assets that exceed client expectations. Engage with overseeing, shooting, and editing as needed, ensuring a cohesive and compelling visual narrative across all channels.

Client Engagement: Present and pitch creative ideas, articulating strategic visions to clients and internal teams. Be confident and persuasive in presenting and selling concepts.

Skillset & Tools

  • Over 5 years of agency experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing innovative above-the-line and below-the-line campaigns. Demonstrates a keen understanding of how to develop cohesive brand stories and visual identities that resonate across diverse channels and touchpoints.
  • Experience with leading, coaching, and providing direction to designers
  • Proficient in design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), Figma, and other relevant tools. Additionally, experienced in utilizing AI-driven technologies and tools to streamline creative processes, enhance design innovation, and deliver cutting-edge assets across a variety of campaign types.
  • Strong grasp of design principles, including typography, color theory, and user experience.
  • Experience with project management tools and collaborative design platforms.
  • Significant experience creating brand experiences across various channels, with a particular emphasis on social media engagement.
  • Knowledge of optimal content formats and specifications for diverse platforms, ensuring maximum impact..
  • Knowledge of UX/UI principles.
  • Able to travel to client sites for one week every month between the months of February - August.
