Responsibilities & Objectives

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our CEO. The Executive Assistant will play a crucial role in managing the day-to-day operations of the CEOs office and ensuring smooth communication between all stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have exceptional multitasking skills, impeccable attention-to-detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage and maintain our CEO’s schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Coordinate and plan meetings, town halls, and events, including preparing agendas, taking meeting minutes, and organizing logistics
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the CEO, for both internal and external stakeholders, screening and prioritizing communications
  • Assist with the preparation and coordination of town hall meetings, ELT off-site meetings, and other leadership meetings, including compiling materials, creating presentations, and distributing meeting minutes
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism
  • Prepare expense reports and assist with budget tracking
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution of projects and initiatives

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in a strategic role within a fast-paced environment, preferably in the tech industry or consulting
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role, preferably supporting the CEO
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
  • Discretion and sound judgment in handling confidential and sensitive information
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Proactive and resourceful problem solver, with the ability to anticipate needs and provide effective solutions
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

Compensation

Based on experience and will consist of base salary, performance bonus, 401K, medical, and comprehensive benefits package.
