Executive Assistant - NYC -Hybrid schedule.
Global Business Consulting company with offices in Manhattan is seeking an Executive Assistant with expert level knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Word, business writing skills, and 65WPM typing to partner with a Partner of the firm.
This is a hybrid role, ideal for a detail-oriented professional with experience in professional services who thrives in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.
Base salary: $110k plus bonus, 100% employer-paid benefits, and additional perks.
Responsibilities:
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate across multiple time zones.
- Arrange high-level travel, including flights, accommodations, and detailed itineraries.
- Prepare and edit confidential documents, reports, and presentations.
- Act as a key liaison between executives, clients, and internal stakeholders.
- Handle expense reports, invoice processing, and budget tracking.
- Assist with managing projects, timelines, and deadlines.
- Anticipate needs, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless daily operations.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives in financial services (investment banking, private equity, asset management, or related industries). We are open to other industries if your resume reflects long-term stability.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential information.
