Chief Revenue Officer (CRO)

Location: Remote | EST Hours Required | Occasional Travel

Salary: $200,000–$400,000 Base + Performance Bonuses

Employment Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire

About the Opportunity

We’re looking for a dynamic, roll-up-your-sleeves Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to join a fast-growing, remote-first company offering high-quality, outsourced services to the hospitality industry. With over a decade of experience supporting hotel partners through remote phone, inbox, and AI solutions, we’re seeking a bold leader who can drive aggressive growth.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives in startup environments, knows how to lead from the front, and is laser-focused on execution. You’ll take full ownership of both Sales and Marketing teams, bringing structure, leadership, and a clear roadmap to scale.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead, mentor, and build out the Sales and Marketing departments (currently: 4 Sales Reps, 1 Sales Lead, 1 Marketing Manager, 1 Designer; hiring Director of Marketing).
  • Evaluate and restructure the current sales team as needed – coach high performers and make tough calls when necessary.
  • Drive qualified leads (SQLs), improve inbound strategy, and build a scalable outbound engine.
  • Create and implement sales strategies, performance metrics, and playbooks to optimize pipeline growth.
  • Collaborate closely with the executive team on company-wide initiatives to scale revenue and customer acquisition.
  • Oversee marketing strategy, lead generation, brand awareness, and execution through HubSpot and other platforms.
  • Operate within EST hours and be open to occasional travel for high-impact meetings or major opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven Track Record of Scaling: Must have grown a company from early stages to significant scale — multiple times.
  • Hospitality Industry Experience: At least 2-3 year of relevant hospitality experience. Connections with hotel groups, GMs, or reservation systems are a big plus.
  • Startup Mentality: Experience in high-growth, scrappy, fast-paced environments. You’ve built departments, not just maintained them.
  • Doer, Not Just a Talker: You are relentless, hands-on, and driven to execute. A true grinder with an "actions over words" mentality.
  • Leadership Skills: Can inspire, manage, and elevate both underperformers and top producers.
  • Data-Driven & Tech-Savvy: Proficient with CRM (HubSpot), ZoomInfo, Apollo, and project management platforms (ClickUp).

What We Don’t Want

  • Candidates from large, corporate backgrounds without recent small business or startup experience.
  • Candidates who lack direct experience in growing a revenue org from the ground up.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive base salary ($200k–$400k), plus bonuses
  • Health insurance (90% employer-paid individual, 75% family)
  • Dental & Vision coverage
  • 401(k)
  • Unlimited PTO & all major holidays off
