Project Technician - Clean Fuels

We are currently seeking a qualified Project Technician to support our Clean Fuels team. This is a remote position with a focus on hydrogen and derivatives, biofuels, and fossil fuel projects. In this role, you will play a key part in growing our Clean Fuels business by coordinating and tracking project activities, supporting engineers, and ensuring smooth operations across multiple project teams.

This opportunity is offered on a remote basis, to those currently based within the US, and is offered on an initial 12 month contracting basis. As a w2 contract worker you are eligible to a benefits package including health/dental/vision/life insurance, a 401k vehicle and more.

Hourly rate - $24-26.50

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate document control and manage project tracking using spreadsheets and databases.
  • Assist engineers with developing scopes of work, contract documents, and presentations.
  • Organize and recover data from databases and ensure accurate project status tracking.
  • Collaborate with project engineers (civil, mechanical, electrical, nuclear, etc.), third-party engineering firms, and contractors throughout project phases.
  • Ensure all documentation aligns with project requirements, assisting with contract preparation and purchase orders.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5-7+ years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Strong experience with document control systems and databases, particularly NAMS.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, and Word.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associates degree in document systems management or related field.
  • Experience in engineering or related industries.
  • Knowledge of clean fuels markets and relevant experience in projects related to biofuels, hydrogen, or fossil fuels.
