Summary:

The Project Manager is responsible for the overall quality of the Mach7 Technologies implementation experience. Serving as the primary point of contact for new installation accounts, Project Managers are responsible for providing project leadership in the coordination and execution of implementation milestones. The Project Manager is accountable for the maintenance of project methodologies (e.g., project workplans, status reports, issue resolution), coordination of internal and, where applicable, client resources, and the development and maintenance of client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple enterprise software implementation projects concurrently.
  • Manage projects to meet requirements of Customer contracts and Statements of Work (SOW).
  • Perform readiness assessments (infrastructure, modality, HL-7 integration, resourcing etc.)
  • Lead implementation planning including project planning, maintaining project schedules, managing risks and issues to mitigation, resource coordination, facilitation of meetings and timely status reporting.
  • Provide guidance on the development and delivery of operational procedures for radiologists, technologists, referring physicians, technology administrators, and a client’s Information Technology Department.
  • Coordinate and ensure proper training of client resources.

Required Education, Experience, and Skills

  • 8+ years of experience as Project Manager, preferably in PACS implementations. PMP certification a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience with PACS and/or Radiology applications
  • Extensive experience working with U.S. Government and Veterans Affairs (VA) Hospitals by managing large enterprise level projects including multiple vendors such as prime contractors and subcontractors who are responsible for providing project resources.
  • Previous VA security access experience and obtaining required Personal Identity Verification (PIV) Card by completing U.S. Government extensive background check.
  • Prior experience implementing radiology solutions using Microsoft Azure Government Cloud environment along with common understanding of using Microsoft Entra authentication for web-based applications
  • BS degree preferred.
  • Radiologist Technologist certification preferred.
  • Ability to travel approximately 30%.
  • Deep and extensive knowledge and experience using project management tools, imaging workflow, and other healthcare IT-related tools, as well as enterprise software implementations.
  • Well developed time and priority management skills, as well as problem solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, verbal and written including providing executive level project updates to key internal and external stakeholders
  • Willingness to learn new technologies, processes, and procedures, as well the willingness to adapt.
  • Optimistic, positive, can-do attitude and high energy approach.
