- Track and manage project schedules using construction management software.
- Support budgeting, cost control, and procurement efforts.
- Assist in quality assurance and safety compliance throughout the construction process.
- Coordinate with design professionals, local authorities, and utility companies as required.
- Help identify and mitigate project risks.
- Attend site meetings and conduct field inspections as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in commercial construction; internships or co-ops may be considered.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- OSHA certification preferred but not required.
