Required Skills & Experience

  • Perform manual testing of web applications, ensuring functionality, usability, and performance meet business requirements.
  • Develop, execute, and maintain test cases and test plans using TestRail or other test case documentation platforms.
  • Document, track, and manage bugs and defects using JIRA/Confluence.
  • Conduct API testing using Postman to validate backend functionality and integrations.
  • Query and analyze MongoDB databases to verify test data and troubleshoot issues.
  • Validate feature flag behavior in LaunchDarkly to ensure controlled rollouts and experimentation.
  • Review and validate API documentation using Swagger to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers and validate designs using Figma to ensure alignment with product requirements.
  • Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to provide clear testing feedback and improve software quality.
  • Identify and advocate for process improvements in testing workflows and quality assurance practices.

  • Familiarity with basic SQL queries for data validation.
