The Campus Executive Director plays a crucial role in driving campus growth, empowering staff, and ensuring operational excellence. - Manage campus budgets, payroll, and operational costs responsibly.
- Oversee staffing decisions and leadership development across departments.
- Prepare for accreditation visits, lead PAC and Advisory Board meetings.
- Champion a positive and team-oriented culture by developing trusted, productive relationships with students, staff, and corporate stakeholders.
- Utilize campus systems and data tools to access, analyze, and report key metrics, supporting informed decision-making and effective campus management.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Regional Director, President, or Vice President of Operations.
- Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 7-10 years of management experience within a post-secondary educational institution (private sector preferred).
- Demonstrated leadership in admissions, retention, and compliance-focused environments.
- Proven ability to motivate teams, foster collaboration, and drive results.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite; CampusNexus experience a plus.
