Role Overview
The Project Manager will lead strategic projects ensuring that they are planned, resourced, managed effectively, and above all meet their success criteria.
Core Accountabilities and Responsibilities
Project Execution and Delivery
- Be the project leader by owning the full project lifecycle from initiation to completion, ensuring milestones are met.
- Proactively identify problem areas and help the team resolve risks and roadblocks, developing clear mitigation plans.
- Hold teams accountable to their goals and maintain strict adherence to scope, timeline, and budget while adjusting as needed.
- Be the expert on team organization by identifying, recommending, and implementing \structured frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid) based on project needs.
- Own communication to the project team, company, and project customers by ensuring we have and execute on a communication plan.
- Prioritize, prioritize, prioritize. - ensure you and the team prioritize the right work product and say no/later to the things you shouldn't do.
Business Acumen & Strategic Thinking
- Guide project teams to define the financial and operational impact of projects on the business by developing a deep understanding of the business model and project impacts to it.
- Connect project outcomes to business goals, ensuring alignment with leadership priorities.
- Challenge assumptions and provide data-driven recommendations to optimize decisions.
- Manage trade-offs between short-term execution and long-term business impact.
Experience with a distributed sales field and associated product launches preferred.
- Engage at all levels and meet teams where they're at from executives, frontline employees, and contractors.
- Deliver direct, no-nonsense feedback while maintaining strong relationships.
- Be the project interpreter by translating complex issues into clear, actionable insights for different audiences.
- Keep leadership informed with concise, high-impact reporting and updates.
Adaptability & Problem Solving
- Thrive in ambiguity and adjust to shifting priorities without losing momentum.
- Quickly assess challenges and implement practical, results-driven solutions.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Proficiency software development and project management methodologies
- Preferably, experience working in a premium or luxury brand environment
Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, engineering, or a similar field
- Minimum 3 years' experience managing projects in a corporate environment.
- Experience with a distributed sales field and associated product launches preferred.
Travel
- There is minimal anticipated travel required for this position.
- Annual and Semi-Annual Company Conferences, usually in the DFW area
