: The Temporary Quality Administrator will support the Quality team by preparing files for external vendors and volunteer committees to review. This role also involves reviewing, tracking, assessing, and responding to correspondence from various internal and external stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and prepare files for review by external vendors and volunteer committees.
- Review, track, and assess incoming correspondence and respond appropriately.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within systems such as SmartSheets, Excel, Word, ZenDesk, Google Docs, and database platforms.
- Ensure all work is completed with a high level of attention to detail and within specified deadlines.
- Communicate effectively, both in writing and during presentations, with stakeholders at various levels.
- Collaborate with team members while also working independently to achieve objectives.
- Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Utilize technological tools and solutions to optimize workflow and address business challenges.
- Demonstrated experience in successfully delivering projects with tight deadlines, B.A. degree preferred.
- At least 5 years of business experience, preferably within the publishing or non-profit field.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in SmartSheets, Excel, Word, ZenDesk, Google Docs, and database systems.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present information clearly and professionally.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Technologically proficient with a proactive mindset for problem-solving and providing business solution recommendations.
