This role will focus on supporting Microsoft 365, Intune, and general end user support ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for both users and systems.

Position Overview:

As an IT Support Specialist, you will provide technical support and ensure the optimal functionality of Microsoft O365 applications and Intune. You will assist in troubleshooting, user management, security configuration, and device management, and provide timely solutions to support requests from both internal and external users. The ideal candidate will have experience with Microsoft O365 tools, Intune, and a passion for supporting end-users in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day support for General IT including Microsoft O365 applications, including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, Office, and Adobe.
  • Administer and manage Microsoft Intune for device configuration, management, and compliance policies.
  • Troubleshoot, resolve, and escalate O365 and Intune-related issues.
  • Assist with the setup, configuration, and support of new PC’s and users.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to implement new O365 features and tools.
  • Manage user access and permissions within O365 applications and services.
  • Ensure security best practices are followed for device management and O365 applications.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation of support requests, incidents, and resolutions.
  • Monitor and report on device health, compliance, and security policies within Intune.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in IT support, with a focus on Microsoft O365 and Intune.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft O365 services (Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Exchange, etc.).
  • Experience with troubleshooting Microsoft applications and devices.
  • Ability to create, configure, and manage O365 user accounts and permissions.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills to assist non-technical users.
  • Knowledge of security best practices and compliance within O365 and Intune.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Wanting to learn our internal systems with a attention to detail and the ability to document and learn new processes.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with PowerShell scripting a plus.
  • Understanding of basic network principles. Familiarity with SFTP and VPN technology a plus.
  • Familiarity with Azure Active Directory (Azure AD).
  • Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and Active Directory.
  • Experience with IT service management (ITSM) tools and ticketing systems.
