Please note that this is a contract role providing services to Microsoft through external staffing partners of Allegis Global Solutions. If you are selected for this role, you will be employed by AGS and will not be an employee of Microsoft.

Summary

The Business Planning team focuses on creating durable profit growth through high-impact monetization strategies, packaging, and pricing for various cloud and technology solutions. As a Business Planning Project Manager (BP PM), you will play a crucial role in supporting launches, engaging with cross-functional stakeholders, and ensuring successful project management within a matrixed environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated launch assistance by supporting launch prioritization, data auditing, and pricing verification.
• Assist in launch operational processes and stakeholder support when Operations vendor team is over capacity or not available.
• Coordinate meetings for cross-functional stakeholders, leadership reviews, and team syncs.
• Support team enhancements, improvements, and special projects to drive strategic initiatives.
• Update the Project & Review Tracker to monitor project progress and facilitate reviews with key stakeholders.
  
  

Requirements

• 6-8 years of overall experience in the field.
• 4-8 years of project management experience.
• PMI Certification required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong cross team/group/org collaboration skills.
• Excellent communication skills, experience working with external vendors, strong project management skills.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Knowledge/background in software industry products/services/applications, with in-depth knowledge of Microsoft's products/services/applications.
• Ability to foresee and analyze project risks, develop risk management plan and mitigate subsequent issues.
• High-powered analytical skills and the ability to understand concepts and situations that pass by many others.

• Location: Remote
• Duration: 3 Months
• Pay Range: $47.50 - 54 per hour
