Summary of Role

We're looking for a detail-obsessed, craft-focused, and conceptually bold Associate Creative Director (Art) to lead the charge on campaign execution across our shopper and brand portfolio—with a particular focus on beverage alcohol.

This is a hands-on leadership role, responsible for translating smart strategies into visually impactful, idea-led work. You’ll help shape the creative product, mentor rising talent, and bring energy, sharpness, and intention to everything we make.

Most importantly, you’ll be a creative catalyst—someone who pushes the work from good to great,and inspires the team around you to deliver with clarity, confidence, and purpose.

What You’ll Own

  • Lead Concept Development & Execution: Deliver bold, strategically grounded creative concepts across retail, shopper, digital and print.
  • Uphold Creative Excellence: Be the bar-setter—driving attention to detail, design craft, and thoughtful execution in every deliverable.
  • Mentor & Grow Talent: Support and elevate a team of designers and art directors through proactive feedback, creative coaching, and high expectations.
  • Present With Power: Own client presentations with confidence, clearly articulating how the work solves business problems and connects with consumers.
  • Drive Commerce-Minded Design: Flex between brand storytelling and retail realities—bridging emotional storytelling with product conversion.
  • Activate Systems Thinking: Serve as an early adopter of creative tools, systems, and templates introduced by leadership. Help operationalize and scale quality through consistency and clarity.
  • Partner Across Disciplines: Collaborate with copywriters, strategists; and account leads to build cohesive, insight-driven work.
  • Work Closely With Creative Leadership: Act as a key delivery partner to the Head of Creative and our emerging Creative Ops & Solutions leadership—helping ideas scale while pushing the work forward.

What You Bring

  • 6–8+ years of agency experience, with a focus on shopper marketing, brand development, and beverage alcohol.
  • Portfolio that shows conceptual strength, flawless craft, and cross-channel versatility.
  • Proven ability to lead creative execution from brief through final delivery with a hands-on approach.
  • Comfort mentoring and directing teams of junior/mid-level creatives.
  • Confidence presenting creative thinking internally and externally.
  • Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite, and presentation platforms (e.g., Keynote).
  • Use emerging tools and AI workflows not just to move faster, but to think sharper—integrating tech in ways that elevate craft and unlock new possibilities.
  • Deep knowledge of how to create work that shows up effectively in retail, and digital.
  • A “culture-builder” mindset—collaborative, solution-oriented, and committed to raising the collective bar.
