Interviews:
In the event an interview is requested, in-person interviews will be conducted at Tallahassee, Florida. At the discretion of the manager, interviews may be conducted remotely via Microsoft Teams. A phone interview may also be requested as a first step.

Telecommuting: Telecommuting is not an option for this position. This is NOT a remote position.

Purpose: The client is seeking a highly skilled Oracle Apex Developer. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of the following technologies, ORDS, APEX and other low-code development platforms. The person selected should also have an idea of the framework and architecture of Apex to help with strategic planning for the platform.

Complexity: Advanced professional level role. Works on projects of moderate to high complexity within one or more development environments. Works on multiple programs/systems as a project team member. Considered a subject matter expert for a single program/system. May coach more junior technical staff.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
The Consultant s responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
a. Developing custom workflows using the Apex, and ORDS platforms.
b. Maintain assigned systems in accordance with DISA STIGs, NIST standards, and agency requirements.
c. Document supporting policies, processes and procedures within your areas of responsibilities.
d. Design and maintain custom Oracle applications using Oracle Apex.
e. Develop scripts in SQL, PLSQL for data conversion, data migration.
f. Adherence to policies, processes and procedures within your areas of responsibility.
g. Perform requirements analysis, development, design, test, and deployment of custom Oracle applications.
h. Maintain documentation on all work products.
i. Effective creation of dynamic reports within the Oracle APEX environment, using APEX reporting tools, BI Publisher or Oracle Reports.

MANDATORY ABILITIES AND KNOWLEDGE
Experience: A minimum of 11-12+ years of programming/systems analysis experience with emphasis in applications and systems architectural design and development, database, and middleware technologies.
EDUCATION: Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other Information Technology major, or equivalent work experience.
a. Maintain assigned systems in accordance with DISA STIGs, NIST standards, and agency requirements.
b. Document supporting policies, processes and procedures within your areas of responsibilities.
c. Design and maintain custom Oracle applications using Oracle Apex.
d. Develop scripts in SQL, PLSQL for data conversion, data migration.
