About the role:

As an Implementation and Onboarding Specialist, you'll help new clients get started with VIBE’s POS system. You’ll guide them through setting up the system, provide training, and be their go-to person for questions and support. Your job will ensure that clients are comfortable using the system and can make the most of its features right from the start.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Onboarding: Assist new clients with setting up and getting familiar with VIBE’s POS system.
  • Training: Help clients learn how to use the system, both in person and remotely.
  • Support: Answer client questions, troubleshoot problems, and provide solutions during the onboarding process.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with Account Executives to ensure clients have a smooth transition from close to the full use of our system.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in client facing roles, retail, or fintech
  • Clear, friendly communication skills and a love for working with people
  • A team-first mindset and the ability to work across departments
  • Familiarity with SaaS or POS systems is a bonus, but not a deal-breaker
