The Opportunity

We’re seeking an experienced growth marketer with expertise in paid social to scale marketing campaigns, drive experimentation, and understand customer behavior and motivations. You’re a passionate marketer who thrives in achieving ambitious growth targets, with a bias for action in an evolving, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze marketing performance data across multiple channels (paid media, organic, radio, OOH, etc.) to identify trends and insights
  • Develop and maintain marketing dashboards and reports using tools like Looker
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ROI, CAC, and conversion rates to optimize marketing strategies
  • Perform A/B testing and campaign analysis to improve marketing effectiveness and user experience
  • Provide data-driven recommendations for campaign optimization and budget allocation
  • Utilize SQL and Google Sheets / Excel to extract, clean, and manipulate data for in-depth analysis
  • Conduct customer segmentation and behavioral analysis to enhance targeting and personalization efforts
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define measurement frameworks and attribution models for marketing initiatives
  • Stay updated with industry trends, marketing technologies, and best practices in data analytics

Skills & Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of experience in marketing analytics, digital analytics, or data-driven marketing roles
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis
    • Strong experience with data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI)
    • Knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and SEO tools
    • Experience in A/B testing and experimentation frameworks
    • Familiarity with Python or R for advanced analytics (a plus)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to translate data insights into actionable marketing strategies
  • Excellent communication skills to present findings to non-technical stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented and proactive in identifying opportunities for optimization
