RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking an Integration Performance Tester in Miami, FL.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Framework Definition:
* Develop and formalize the Performance Testing Strategy for the enterprise integration ecosystem
* Establish performance baselines and define SLAs, throughput goals, and success metrics in collaboration with Engineering and Architecture teams

Test Design & Execution:
* Build and execute API performance test cases, including load, stress, soak, and volume testing scenarios
* Simulate high-volume transactions to validate behavior under peak usage
* Analyze payloads and traffic patterns to design representative test cases

Platform-Specific Testing:
* Focus on MuleSoft runtime performance, queue behavior, and throughput across APIs
* Coordinate with QA teams supporting Salesforce and Oracle to evaluate end-to-end integration performance

Monitoring, Analysis & Reporting:
* Leverage tools such as Anypoint Monitoring, Datadog, AWS ElasticSearch, and other observability platforms to identify performance issues and bottlenecks
* Deliver detailed reports with analysis, trends, and recommendations for performance improvements
* Maintain dashboards and automated reporting where appropriate

Collaboration & Support:
* Work closely with DevOps, QA, and Engineering teams to integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines
* Provide support for ongoing tuning, troubleshooting, and optimization of APIs and integration workloads

REQUIREMENTS:
* 4+ years of experience in performance testing with strong hands-on skills in Postman and JMeter
* Prior experience with MuleSoft performance testing and runtime behavior analysis is a must
* Solid understanding of API architecture, integration flows, payload sizing, queues, and asynchronous transactions
* Experience with monitoring and observability platforms such as Datadog, Anypoint Monitoring, and AWS Elasticsearch
* Strong analytical and reporting skills - ability to turn test results into actionable insights
* Experience working in Agile environments, familiar with Jira, Confluence, and CI/CD workflows

Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in enterprise-scale environments involving Salesforce, Oracle, and third-party API integrations
* Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Groovy, JavaScript, Python) to support test automation and custom performance scripts
* Exposure to performance testing in cloud-native environments or microservices architecture

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
