Essential Job Duties
- Develop and execute creative concepts for product marketing projects, branding, and digital initiatives.
- Ensure all creative work aligns with company brand guidelines and maintains consistency across all platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and product marketing teams, to deliver cohesive deliverables.
- Support product marketing initiatives by creating compelling visuals for off-the-shelf product sales enablement materials as well as frameworks and templates to support custom business development efforts.
- Develop visual storytelling strategies for key Newmark offerings, ensuring visual consistency and brand elevation across all client touchpoints.
- Design and refine product deliverables that enhance product positioning and client engagement across web, social, email, event, etc.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining high-quality brand standards.
- Present creative concepts and strategies to stakeholders and key leadership within the business and marketing for approval.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging design technologies, and competitive landscape.
- Supervise photo shoots, video production, and other multimedia projects as needed.
- Work with external vendors, freelancers, and agencies when required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Proven experience (10+ years) in an art direction role or senior design role with a demonstrated track record of success in developing and executing creative deliverables that drive business growth.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) as well as Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
- Strong portfolio showcasing innovative design and brand work.
- Experience in digital marketing, social media, and UI/UX design is a plus.
- Deep understanding of marketing tactics and channels, including digital marketing, content marketing, lead generation, and account-based marketing.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze complex data sets and translate those data sets into visual representations or illustrations that tell a story.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams and levels of the organization.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into creative solutions.
