What You'll Do
As our Manager, FP&A, you will help partner with the General and Administrative (G&A) teams, including Accounting, Legal, Security, Facilities, and other main support departments. The pay range above is the general base pay range for you in the state listed. Your actual salary/wage may be based on various factors, such as geographic location, candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. This role is eligible for an annual bonus based on company performance, depending on the terms of the applicable plan and the employee's role.

What Your Responsibilities Will Be
- You will develop and implement scalable processes for budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting across G&A teams.
- You will design financial models to monitor performance, analyze trends, and provide relevant insights.
- You will refine and automate data management across systems, improving data accuracy, accessibility, and integration.
- Partner with leaders across multiple G&A teams—including Accounting, Legal, Security, Facilities, and more—to align financial goals, support strategic planning, and facilitate communication and collaboration.
- Report on G&A costs, identifying opportunities for cost optimization and process improvements.
- Enhance tools and workflows to improve the efficiency of data analysis.
- Guide projects to standardize and automate reporting processes, reducing manual work and ensuring consistency.
- Oversee headcount planning and contractor management, incorporating data-driven insights.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in planning, analysis, and process improvement, with a focus on G&A functions.
- Experience developing and optimizing processes and data management strategies.
- You can translate complex data into clear, applicable insights..
- Experience with systems such as Adaptive, Power BI, Alteryx, and advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Experience with Projects
