- Respond to patient inquiries with empathy and professionalism
- Complete daily/weekly task reports
- Must be able to manage a caseload of 100 HHA/PCA cases
- Previous experience in home care, healthcare coordination, or a related administrative role
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with HHA exchange or scheduling software a plus
- Bilingual skills are a strong asset!
