Establishing strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients.
Representing IT on the site management team and supporting global coordination efforts.

Requirements

Proficiency in Cisco Technologies is expected, as it forms a crucial part of our IT infrastructure.
Familiarity with Cloud Technologies is required, as our organization heavily relies on cloud-based solutions for various operations.
CRM expertise is essential, as it assists in managing our customer relationships and streamlining processes.
Knowledge of Dell Technologies is necessary, as our organization utilizes several Dell products and services.
Experience with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is crucial, as it aids in the integration and management of critical business processes.
Proficiency in Active Directory is required, as it is fundamental to our network management.
Auditing skills are essential, to ensure our systems meet the necessary standards and are functioning efficiently.
Knowledge of Backup Technologies is crucial, as it ensures data protection and recovery in case of any unforeseen circumstances.
Familiarity with Computer Hardware is required, as it forms the backbone of our IT infrastructure.
