Job Description:
Strategy Analyst
Responsibilities include:
Strong Administrative & Project Management Skills
- Proficiency in project management frameworks (Agile)
- Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders
- Expertise in using project management tools (Jira, ServiceNow)
- Proficient in using Microsoft PowerPoint presentations for leadership level audiences
- Create and manage status reporting
- Assist management with coordination of performance reviews
- Manage calendars for Digital leadership
- Lead onboarding efforts for consultants and the FTE's
- Lead strategic projects that support key priorities for the digital team
- Support Digital leadership with managing, planning, prep and execution for key stakeholder and leadership meetings and committees
- Document key processes to support Digital operations, including updating existing content
- Manage travel by making arrangements and submitting reimbursements
- On-site meetings management
- Perform other administrative duties as needed
Digital & Technical Proficiency
- Understanding of digital platforms, automation, AI, low-code/no-code tools
- Knowledge of API integrations, cloud platforms, and emerging tech
Excellent Communication & Stakeholder Management
- Ability to translate technical details into business-friendly language
- Clear documentation and reporting skills
- Ability to communicate with clinical, administrative and technology staff
Problem-Solving & Adaptability
- Quick thinking in resolving roadblocks and adjusting to project shifts
- Analytical mindset for troubleshooting issues and optimizing workflows
- Ability to work in fast-paced, ever-changing digital environments
- Manage, create and track all open tickets providing escalation to management when needed
Budgeting & Resource Management
- Ability to track resources effectively, balancing time, cost, and scope
- Experience in vendor and contract management (if outsourcing development or design work)
- Track and manage all invoices
Requirements include:
- At least 1-3 years of professional experience in related IT field, business or project management
- Previous experience managing multiple projects
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, including HIPAA and state-specific knowledge requirements preferred.
