- Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies for clinical and non-clinical roles
- Proactively source, screen and engage qualified candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, networking events, referrals, etc.)
- Conduct interviews, coordinate and facilitate a positive candidate experience
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, create compelling job descriptions and develop structured interview processes
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Oversee job postings, application tracking and compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with local colleges, universities and training programs
- Collaborate with hiring managers and academic partners to create internship, practicum and entry-level employment opportunities for students and recent graduates
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field or equivalent work experience
- At least 1-2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in health care or behavioral health
- Demonstrated knowledge of full-cycle recruiting, talent sourcing and candidate evaluation
- Strong understanding of behavioral health care roles, credentialing requirements and workforce challenges
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS software
- Knowledge of HR laws and regulations related to hiring and employment practices
