Who We Are

44LLC is a metadisciplinary design studio rooted in the rich heritage of hospitality design. At our core, a diverse and eclectic ensemble of architects, interior designers, strategists, and graphic designers unite to forge new frontiers in design. Our practice draws inspiration from the human experience. Our design approach is fundamentally collaborative, weaving our creative vision with the unique perspectives of our clients and project teams to fuel innovation and establish new standards of design excellence. Our team’s former clients include Andaz Hotels, Ritz Carlton, Rosewood Hotels, Park Hyatt, and InterContinental hotel brands among others.

The Role

As a Senior Graphic Designer you will lead projects that demand creativity, strategic thinking, and meticulous execution. You’ll be involved in every phase of the design process — shaping bold ideas, refining them into crafted solutions, and ensuring every deliverable meets our highest standards.

You will collaborate across disciplines to align design with strategic goals, translating ideas into impactful brand expressions across physical and digital touchpoints. Along the way, you’ll mentor junior designers, offering clear, thoughtful feedback that strengthens the work and the team.

Your ability to think expansively, push creative boundaries, and deliver beautifully executed work will be critical in shaping the next generation of 44LLC’s creative output.

What You will Do

Creative Development & Execution

  • Lead the design and development of brand identity systems, editorial layouts, marketing materials, digital assets, signage programs, and packaging.
  • Push creative ideas forward, balancing concept, craft, and practical execution.
  • Maintain high standards of typography, composition, hierarchy, and material sensitivity across every output.
  • Translate brand strategies and narratives into sophisticated, visually compelling work across physical and digital environments.

Project Ownership & Management

  • Manage projects from concept through delivery, balancing creativity with timelines, deliverables, and production realities.
  • Organize, prioritize, and track project milestones, keeping teams informed and projects moving smoothly.
  • Communicate proactively with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and quality.
  • Take ownership of file organization, versioning, and final preparation for delivery — whether for printers, fabricators, or developers.

Production Excellence

  • Prepare polished, technically sound final artwork for a range of deliverables: printed collateral, environmental graphics, packaging, and digital applications.
  • Collaborate with fabricators, printers, and production partners as needed to ensure fidelity between design intent and final output.
  • Understand and manage key production factors including color management, material finishes, file specifications, and production constraints — without losing sight of the bigger creative vision.

Collaboration & Mentorship

  • Work closely with creative leadership, strategy, and interiors teams to build integrated brand experiences.
  • Mentor and support junior designers, raising the creative standard of the studio.
  • Contribute actively to an open, collaborative, and ambitious team culture.

  • Expert understanding of typography, grid systems, layout, color theory, and production processes.
  • Deep familiarity with preparing files for production across a range of mediums: print, large format, signage, and digital.
  • Comfortable presenting work to internal teams and clients, articulating ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • A positive, proactive collaborator who enjoys working closely with a tight-knit, ambitious team.
