Overview:

The Sr. Quality Assurance Analyst will support end-to-end testing and implementation of Blue Yonder WMS, aligning with the strategic roadmap of the client's Supply Chain Value Stream. The ideal candidate will have strong QA expertise and deep knowledge of warehouse operations including Receiving, Putaway, Picking, Packing, Shipping, Inventory Management, and Cycle Counting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Testing & QA Deliverables:
  • Conduct full-cycle testing of Blue Yonder WMS and ASRS functionalities.
  • Cover all key warehouse operations in functional testing.
  • Maintain detailed test plans, test cases, regression suites, and defect documentation.
  • Review automation scripts and test results.
  • Requirements & Validation:
  • Interpret business requirements and align test efforts accordingly.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to refine and enhance test coverage.
  • Application Testing & Support:
  • Deliver defect-free applications to UAT/Production.
  • Support UAT and post-go-live efforts.
  • Test Data Management:
  • Prepare and optimize test data across WMS and legacy systems.
  • Automation & SDLC Integration:
  • Assess and define test automation and non-functional testing scopes.
  • Participate in SDLC for both custom and packaged solutions.
  • Best Practices & Quality:
  • Recommend and implement QA best practices.
  • Drive process improvements and maintain documentation.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years in IT QA, including 3+ years in Blue Yonder WMS testing
  • Deep understanding of warehouse processes and ASRS functionalities
  • Experience with legacy WMS and IBM AS400 (preferred)
  • Strong backend/database skills (SQL, MongoDB, etc.)
  • Integration, backend, API (Postman/SoapUI), and middleware (Kafka) testing
  • Automation experience with Selenium/Cypress (preferred)
  • Basic CI/CD knowledge
  • Familiar with Jira, Confluence, TestRail
