- Project Administration & Operations
- Lead end-to-end project management for global initiatives, ensuring deadlines, reporting requirements, and deliverables are met.
- Streamline data management processes using tools like *Excel*, *Microsoft Teams*, and project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello).
- Collaborate with Finance to monitor budgets, track expenditures, and prepare financial reports.
- Train and support team members on internal systems, document management, and compliance protocols.
- Partnership Coordination
- Plan and execute logistics for domestic and international travel, conferences, and donor meetings.
- Organize and document internal and external meetings (e.g., Zoom calls, quarterly reviews), drafting agendas, slide decks, and actionable summaries.
- Research and recommend strategic networking opportunities, managing registrations, payments, and attendance logistics.
- Grant Development & Proposal Support
- Review, edit, and coordinate compelling grant proposals for private foundations, corporations, and US government agencies.
- Craft polished presentations (PowerPoint, Canva) and briefing materials for high-stakes donor meetings for the Executive Director.
- Identify and cultivate new partnerships with organizations aligned with Planet Aid’s mission.
- Associate degree or equivalent experience (7+ years in project management, grant writing, or executive support roles).
- Proven track record in international development, with exposure to health, agriculture, or education sectors.
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and virtual collaboration tools (Zoom, Teams).
- Outstanding written/verbal communication skills, with experience drafting proposals, reports, and professional PowerPoint presentations.
- Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment (on-site in Elkridge, MD, with 5–10% travel).
- Bachelor’s degree in international relations, Nonprofit Management, or related field.
- Familiarity with USG grant compliance.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) or donor databases.
