Responsibilities

  • Use Figma to write highly effective user-focused experiences and interfaces across a variety of environments (mobile, web apps, dashboards, etc.)
  • Create and maintain content documentation including wireframes, user flows, information architecture, and interaction design
  • Collaborate with a wide range of staff members to develop concepts into features during the software development lifecycle
  • Validate designs with product team, stakeholders, and users
  • Collaborate with other design team members to understand customer needs and interpret them into design elements.
  • Write product experience content for web and mobile app that matches company content style guide, voice and tone, customer expectations
  • Ask questions

Basic Qualifications

  • 2–5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, product design, or content design, ideally in agile environments.
  • Hands-on experience designing for mobile, web apps, dashboards, etc.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, engineers, designers, stakeholders).
  • Experience with design validation through user feedback, usability testing, or stakeholder reviews.
  • Experience in content creation within digital products (e.g., writing microcopy, button labels, help content, onboarding flows).

This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position: $68.25/hour - $91.00/hour
