What will you do: Our regional Operations Managers are critical to the success of our business. The South East Operations Manager is a full-time, exempt position, reporting directly to Binbox’s Founder and CEO. You bring proven expertise in account management, client relations, and people management within a highly dynamic environment. You’ll work closely with executives to strategize and develop long-term plans, driving productivity and success at Binbox, while managing operational and sales responsibilities across multiple venues.

• Plan and execute the day-to-day operational strategy for Binbox’s venues across an

assigned market

• Source, hire, and schedule event staff based on event requirements

• Effectively train and evaluate all direct reports in assigned functions, systems, and

procedures; ensure employees conduct themselves in a manner reflective of the Binbox

brand

• Build, maintain, and monitor reports, dashboards, and metrics to evaluate performance

and take necessary actions

• Be accountable for all Binbox assets across the assigned market, including lockers,

locks, tents, covers, and other operational equipment, partnering with the executive

team for timely maintenance

• Lead and manage staff and hourly workforce: uphold roles and responsibilities, set

expectations, establish performance goals, and manage overall performance

• Ensure events consistently meet and exceed company KPIs

• Exceed venue partner and guest expectations, as indicated by Net Promoter Scores

• Develop and monitor operational systems and processes that enhance visibility into

goals, progress, and obstacles for key initiatives

• Uphold organizational policies and standards, adhering to all local and state legislative

regulations

• Set an example to promote an inclusive, accountable, and agile company culture

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Docs, with the ability to use data for business

decisions

• 5+ years of experience in the field, preferably in a leadership or management capacity

• Expertise in managing and leading teams and in understanding and executing complex

operational functions across finance, customer service, and employee management (2+

years account management experience, 2+ years operations management experience,

2+ years talent management experience)

• Proven ability to plan and manage processes for maximum efficiency and productivity

• Spanish fluency (preferred)

KPIs and additional requirements:

• Must be located in the Miami Florida area

• Will work on site nights and weekends

• Must have laptop and an iOS device

• Travel outside of home location, up to 60%-75%

• Working on-site at assigned market venues based on event type and needs of the

business, up to 70-80% of events

• Taking ownership and execution of assigned functional focus (i.e. sales, product

logistics, human resources, etc.) based on the season and time of year

• KPIs include % of product less than 10% off line, payroll within 15% of operational

revenue, passing venue assessments consecutive quarters, staffing requirements above

fill rate expectations
