As a National Sales Director, you will:
- Direct the efforts of the sales team in acquiring, onboarding, and managing dealer and designer partnerships
- Collaborate with the CEO to identify high-impact strategic alliances that support revenue objectives
- Guide team training and development to optimize outreach to design firms, appliance dealers, and other trade channels
- Oversee hiring, coaching, and performance reviews to ensure alignment with company standards and sales targets
- Participate in leadership meetings and represent the sales function in cross-departmental initiatives
- Engage in trade shows and industry events to promote brand visibility and maintain market relevance
What are the requirements?
- 15+ years of progressive sales experience with a successful leadership background
- Proven ability to build and manage a results-driven sales team
- Familiarity with design industry channels including plumbing, kitchen design, and appliance dealers
- Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Hubspot) and productivity platforms like Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
- Strong interpersonal, training, and presentation skills
