Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Level 2 Support Engineer for Microsoft Office 365 and Teams to join our onsite team in Cincinnati, OH. This role includes L1 and L2 support responsibilities across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advanced support for Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive

  • Mail flow, mailbox lifecycle, spam filtering, and transport rules troubleshooting

  • SharePoint site collection management, permissions, sync, and document collaboration

  • OneDrive and Teams issue resolution

  • Group/Distribution List management

  • Power Platform (basic app/flow support)

  • On-call support and participation in bridge calls

  • Escalate complex issues to L3 support when necessary

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with Microsoft 365 administration and troubleshooting

  • Strong knowledge of Exchange Online and SharePoint Online

  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Teams, Power Platform, and OneDrive

  • Willingness to work onsite in Cincinnati, OH

  • U.S. Citizenship required
