Technical Project Manager

LeisurePay is seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee and coordinate multiple initiatives within our technology organization. You ll leverage your understanding of our project systems and exceptional organizational skills to ensure each project stays on track and aligned with business priorities.

Core Message

As Project Manager, you will:

• Manage Project Lifecycles: Plan, execute, and close projects using our internal systems, ensuring milestones are met on time and within scope.
• Maintain Priorities: Continuously assess and rearrange project tasks, resources, and timelines to reflect shifting business needs and dependencies.
• Detail Oversight: Perform rigorous quality checks on deliverables, documentation, and status reports to uphold our high compliance standards.
• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the central point of contact running stand-ups, producing clear-status updates, and escalating risks or blockers promptly.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, refine our project-tracking tools, and implement best practices for team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Proven project management experience, preferably in a technology or payments environment.
• Hands-on familiarity with project systems such as Monday.com, Azure DevOps, Trello, Jira or equivalent.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a track record of maintaining and adjusting priorities across concurrent projects.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills, able to align technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• PMP, Scrum Master, or comparable certification is a plus.
