As a Lead Project Engineer here with Capital Engineering at Colonial Heights, you will play a critical role in leading and managing projects in the SPECTRA business unit. You will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and meet the required quality standards. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project plans, allocate resources, and monitor progress. Your expertise and leadership will be instrumental in driving the success of our projects and delivering innovative solutions to our customers.
You will report directly to our Capital Engineering Manager and you'll work out of our Colonial Heights, VA location on a hybrid work schedule.
