As a Junior Kubernetes Engineer, you will demonstrate your knowledge of Kubernetes to help manage and optimize our containerized applications. A key construct of EP&PE will be the evolution of the IT Product Manager, who will partner with the Engineering organization, the Business Aligned Service Delivery organization, the DevSecOps organization as well as our operational support teams to ensure that this organization provides high quality, commercially attractive and timely solutions to support our business strategy.

- Minimum of 3 years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience

- Basic experience with Docker and Kubernetes concepts, such as pods, services, and deployments.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Basic programming skills are a plus. ( ex. Go, Python, Java)
- Basic knowledge of CICD tools sets, (Jenkins, Ansible, Terraform, ArgoCD)
- Familiarity with multi-cloud or hybrid-cloud environments
- Teaching mentality
- Fosters a culture where honesty and transparency are expected.
- Stays ahead of on changes in their own specialist area and seeks out learning opportunities to ensure knowledge is up-to-date.
- Collaborates well within and across teams.
- Communicates openly with team members and others.
