Project Coordinator

Role Description
This is a full-time in office role for a Project Coordinator, located in Layton, UT. The Project Coordinator will assist in the day-to-day management of construction projects, including expediting processes, insurance, contract execution, administrative duties, and supporting overall project management to ensure timely and effective project completion. Track subcontractor progress billings and accounts payable. Enter proejct budget. Prepare,track and send subcontractor commitments. Prepare project closeout documents, including writing warranties, requesting maintenance manuals etc. Ensure licensing and insurance information for all subcontractors complies with master contract agreement and local jurisdiction. Assist Project Manager and Superintendent with day to day tasks.
Familiarity with the following programs would be preferred:

- Teams
Qualifications
- Experience in related field/ General Contracting admin a huge plus
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Lien Rights experieneces a plus
- Insurance review and understanding of insurance policies and requirements
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- General Contract Accounting Experience a plus but not required
- Contract review
- Subbmittal and shop drawing reviw expeirence
