Job Description
CitiusTech sales and delivery organization are organized around key strategic markets –Provider Market (HPR), Medical Technologies Market (HMT) and Payer/Health Plan Market (HHP).
The Sales Hunter will be part of the Healthcare Provider Market (HPR) team at CitiusTech, and will be responsible for driving sales of CitiusTech solutions and services in a given region of the US.
Lead sales activities for CitiusTech:
- Develop and manage sales pipeline of new clients & opportunities within healthcare IT vendors and medical device companies
- Drive overall deal closure and revenues for the Medical Technologies Market
- Drive new account wins through consultative selling
- Partner with C-Level executives within the accounts to drive outcomes
- Build and execute account strategy for revenue growth in the Medical Technologies Market
- Build and nurture relationships within the new accounts
- Lead contract discussions / negotiations
Required Experience:
- Strong experience in Consultative selling in the US market
- Experience working in global delivery model
- Prior experience managing new business development and Account Management
- Developed business and nurtured relationships within the accounts
- Broad understanding of technologies / skills
- Overall experience in Business development, Contract negotiation, making effective presentations, Solution mindset is essential
- Presence to interact with CEO / CXO client executives in essential
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or related field

Job Description
CitiusTech sales and delivery organization are organized around key strategic markets –Provider Market (HPR), Medical Technologies Market (HMT) and Payer/Health Plan Market (HHP).
