Our client, a leading private equity firm, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support their Head of Investor Relations and senior team members (3 Managing Directors). Their Investor Relations team plays a pivotal role in fostering strong relationships with investors and partners, ensuring transparency, and providing detailed performance insights.

***Qualified candidates will be coming directly from an asset management firm supporting senior investment professionals. Only qualified candidates will be considered.***

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain calendars and scheduling for the Head of Investor Relations and senior team members.
  • Prepare materials for investor meetings, presentations, and reports, ensuring all content is clear, concise, and accurate.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Assist in the preparation and coordination of investor conferences, roadshows, and events.
  • Update CRM with investor contact information and meeting noes, and run reports as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in administrative roles, 3+ years of experience in a role supporting investment professionals within private equity or similar.
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Proficiency in a CRM (DealCloud, Salesforce, Dynamo, etc), preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy under tight deadlines.
  • Professional demeanor and ability to interact with high-level executives, investors, and clients.

Additional Details:

  • $120,000 - 145,000 base range
  • Discretionary bonus (20-30%)
