Title: Vice President of Marketing - Pharmaceuticals
Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL Area Office (Some Travel Required Nationally)

Responsibilities:
- Lead the marketing organization through the companies accelerated growth and market demand.
- Shape the future of the brand through customer journey funnels, communications, data, performance, and culture.
- Create short and long-term strategies across brand, product, and revenue-generating initiatives.
- Own the full marketing lifecycle — product planning to campaign execution and customer experience.
- Lead the evolution of products and brand.
- Drive compelling, consistent messaging across all channels.
- Build a metrics-driven marketing organization.
- Maximize ROI by monitoring and optimizing campaigns, KPIs, insights, and spend.
- Present upstream reporting that clarifies strategy and guides current and future investment.
- Lead and mentor marketing team.
- Support shared goals and drive integrated execution across the business.
Requirements:
- Completed Bachelor's Degree, MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of marketing experience, including 5+ years in senior leadership roles.
- P&L and strategy ownership.
- Prior experience scaling brands, launching products, and driving revenue growth.
- Expertise in all marketing functions, with proven ability to lead individual contributors who specialize in each function.
- Data-driven decision-making, marketing analytics, and customer research.
- Executive level or Shareholder reporting and accountability experience.
- Impeccable stylistic taste with creatives and ability to change tactics with feedback.
- Marketing experience within the life sciences industry, or other highly regulated industry.
- Ability to work in the office Mon-Fri approximately 9-5ish, and ability to travel for meetings and tradeshows.
Compensation:
Competitive compensation: $200-230K Base salary (depending on experience) + 30% Bonus and a strong benefits package.
