AI/ML Project Manager for San Jose, CA (Onsite/Hybrid)

Role: AI/ML Project Manager

Location: San Jose, CA (Onsite/Hybrid)

Duration: Open for C2C/FTE

JD:

• 10 + Years of Experience in AI/ML related project with good analytical, design and troubleshooting skills.
• Last 5-7 years in technical project manager role with good communication, leadership, customer & team management skills
• 5 years of relevant hands-on experience on both traditional ML and Deep Learning Implemented use cases involving complex Gen AI and AI usage advanced RAG, finetuning, optimization, agentic approaches
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of multiple projects
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Demonstrate strong written and oral communication skills.
• Performing requirements analysis
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
• Good understanding in both SDLC and agile methodologies

We need candidates with experience in agents and agent's framework. because our work starts with building agents and multiple agents collaborating with each other

GenAI platforms include langgraph, llamaindex, autogen, ag2, crew, AWS bedrock, Google vertex
