We are seeking a strategic and tech-savvy Solution Consultant to lead the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for expanding our cutting-edge marketing optimization platform (Optapex) into the US market. Originally developed and proven in South Korea, Optapex is an AI-powered advertising performance optimization platform designed to maximize digital marketing results through predictive analytics and mathematical optimization.

As the key bridge between product, marketing, and sales, you will localize and position Optapex for success in a new market. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, shaping our US market strategy, and supporting product-market fit through pilot engagements, partnership development, and value demonstration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Strategy & Entry
    • Define the GTM strategy for Optapex in the United States, including competitive landscape analysis, customer segmentation, and pricing recommendations.
    • Conduct market research and identify key industries and target customers (e.g., e-commerce, consumer goods, advertising agencies).
    • Adapt messaging and positioning for the US audience based on local trends and buyer personas.
  • Solution Consulting & Pre-Sales
    • Serve as a subject matter expert on MOP, articulating its unique value proposition and ROI to potential clients.
    • Deliver demos, presentations, and technical workshops tailored to customer needs.
    • Gather customer feedback and provide insight to the product team to enhance US market fit.
  • Partnership & Business Development
    • Identify and engage with potential strategic partners including advertising agencies, media buyers, and tech integrators.
    • Support pilot projects or proof-of-concept (PoC) deployments to demonstrate value and build reference cases.
  • Collaboration & Enablement
    • Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and global teams to align strategy and execution.
    • Contribute to the development of localized sales enablement tools, case studies, and technical documentation.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, martech, or SaaS solutions ideally in a consulting, pre-sales, or GTM strategy role.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising channels (search, display, shopping ads), media buying, and performance marketing.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, marketing analytics, and optimization technologies.
  • Experience working with or selling into the US market; understanding of the local martech ecosystem is a plus.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in English; Korean language skills are a plus but not required.

Preferred Experience

  • Previous experience launching a new tech solution in an international market.
  • Consulting or solution engineering background at a martech, adtech, or enterprise software company.
  • Existing network with US advertising agencies or digital marketing teams.
