Salary $80k/year + Bonus

Admissions / Marketing Director Responsibilities:

  • Implement marketing strategies to maximize admissions, including daily contact with potential referral sources
  • Work with local community organizations and hospitals to generate a positive image and encourage referrals
  • Effectively manage electronic referral programs
  • Conduct screening of potential residents, by determining the level of care, services required, equipment needs, and insurance coverage
  • Facilitate the resident referral and approval process in an efficient manner
  • Exhibit knowledge of the admissions process, including policy, procedures, assessments & paperwork requirements
  • Support the facility's PR to generate a positive image & encourage word-of-mouth referrals
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulations governing Medicare/Medicaid/Managed Care reimbursement processes
  • Provide scheduled on-site tours of the facility for potential residents as needed
  • Performs other related job duties as required


Admissions / Marketing Director Qualifications (preferred):

  • Three years' experience as an Admissions / Marketing Director in a long-term care or other related healthcare facility
  • Clerical experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in social services or a health-related field preferred
