Job Title: Project Manager Consultant

Location: NYC

Work Schedule: Fully remote (needs to be +/-1hour of New York time zone)

Job Summary: Project Manager to join dynamic team.

The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to milestones and timeline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with IT Teams and stakeholders.
  • Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
  • Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
  • Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
  • Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
  • Identify and track issues related to the project.
  • Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
  • Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
  • Track project milestones and deliverables.
  • Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
  • Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project management in the information technology sector.
  • Expected 5 years of project management experiences
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus.

Skills:

  • Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
