Period of Performance

Onsite (Monday - Friday, 8 hours/day) + 24/7/365 rotational on-call support

Education & Experience

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or related field
5+ years staff management experience
10+ years supporting 9-1-1 systems
Strong network infrastructure knowledge (Layer 2/3, firewalls, routers, switches)

Availability for on-call rotational support

Must participate in 24/7/365 rotational on-call (weekly MIS team rotation).
Immediate response required (VPN or onsite within 1 hour). Must stay local during on-call.

Knowledge / Skills

Network/system administration
Microsoft environments & Office suite
Disaster recovery & security
Advanced troubleshooting
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
Ability to work under extreme stress and manage multiple priorities

Other Special Requirements

Valid Illinois driver s license

Must pass drug screening, fingerprint, and criminal background check

Strong professional communication in English

Physical ability to lift 40 lbs occasionally
