Overview:
We are seeking a highly analytical and experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to stakeholders across the organization, leveraging data and insights to drive business improvements, optimize processes, and support decision-making. You will lead the analysis of complex business problems and deliver solutions that align with organizational goals.
Duties:
Work with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Develop business cases, process flows, user stories, and use cases.
Identify opportunities for process improvement, efficiency, and strategic growth.
Conduct market and competitive research to inform business trategy.
Translate business needs into clear technical requirements for IT or development teams.
Lead and facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations with stakeholders.
Monitor KPIs and develop reports/dashboards to track business performance.
Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
Mentor junior analysts and contribute to best practices and standards.
Mandatory Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Economics, IT, or related field (master is preferred).
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 in a senior or lead role.
Strong understanding of business processes, systems, and data analysis.
3+ years' experience with SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
Knowledge or Experience with Payroll.
1 year experience with project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum, Waterfall).
4 years' experience giving presentations
2 years' experience to managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable Qualifications:
Familiarity with ERP or CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Oracle).
Business Analysis certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, etc.) is a plus.
