Responsibilities:
- Lead project deliverables by developing project plans, organizing action items, scheduling meetings, and communicating status updates to leadership
- Partner with business and control teams to support enterprise-wide financial crimes assessments
- Conduct RCSA (Risk and Control Self-Assessment) activities and evaluate compliance requirements
- Review and identify key controls to mitigate risk
- Support administrative tasks such as taking meeting minutes and document organization
- Perform data analysis and contribute to project management activities
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education
- Project management and organizational skills
- Expertise in risk and control assessments
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and project planning
- Strong skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Excellent time management and communication skills
