Note: Eastern Standard Time is a must for this position the manager would prefer someone in the Ohio area but will consider remote.

Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to join our team. As a member on the Alation Data Catalog team, you will be responsible for system integrations, scripting leveraging APIs, and front-end development to satisfy requirements across critical programs that are in flight today.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in back-end, front-end and cloud technologies, with a focus on creating seamless and efficient integrations between applications.

1. Develop and maintain system integrations using third party APIs.
2. Build in-house APIs to help automate manual processes.
3. Design and implement front-end solutions to enhance user experience.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data flow and integration.
5. Write scalable, clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
6. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system integrations and front-end development.
7. Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies

Requirements:

Proven experience with the required back-end and front-end technologies. Look for mentions of Python, Node.js, Flask, Pandas, Psycopg2, React, Vizx, D3.js, React Flow, Shadcn, Tailwindcss, and Google Cloud Services like Big Query, Vertex AI, and GCS. Familiarity with API development and integration, as well as knowledge of database management systems (SQL, NoSQL), is crucial.
Strong background in developing and maintaining system integrations using third-party APIs and building in-house APIs to automate manual processes.
Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
Strong proficiency in back-end technologies such as Python and Nodejs
Experience with back-end libraries such as Flask, Pandas and Psycopg2
Experience with front-end frameworks such as React.
Experience with front-end libraries such as Vizx, D3js, React Flow, Shadcn and Tailwindcss
Experience with Google Cloud Services and APIs such as Big Query, Vertex AI and GCS.
Familiarity with API development and integration.
Knowledge of database management systems (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
