We are hiring two Senior DevOps Engineers (7 10 years of experience) to join a high-impact team at Uniphore, a leader in conversational AI and automation. This is a long-term, on-site role in Newark, NJ, working through a trusted primary supplier.

We are looking for DevOps professionals with deep AWS expertise and strong hands-on experience with modern infrastructure tooling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and manage scalable and secure AWS environments (VPC, EC2, EKS, IAM, etc.)

  • Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform

  • Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins and GitHub

  • Write automation scripts and tools using Python

  • Collaborate with development, QA, and security teams to streamline infrastructure and deployment workflows

  • Monitor and enhance system reliability, performance, and security

Must-Have Skills:

  • Extensive AWS experience (networking, EKS, EC2, IAM, etc.)

  • Terraform for Infrastructure as Code

  • CI/CD pipeline development Jenkins, GitHub

  • Strong Python scripting for automation and tooling

  • Solid grasp of networking, cloud security, and DevOps best practices

Nice to Have:

  • Ansible for configuration management

  • Experience with security tools like Snyk, SonarQube

  • Familiarity with container security, DevSecOps, or automated security scanning tools
